Last Saturday morning got to meet someone who I've been stalking for a looong time. I've been following Matt Logelin's blog since shortly after his wife died 27 hours after giving birth to their daughter, Madeline. Matt blogged as a way to keep his family updated first during Liz's pregnancy, and then as an outlet for his pain and grief after she died. He has since begun a foundation to help other families in similar situations, and has become sort of a pseudo-celebrity. I walked in the Liz Logelin Foundation 5k on Saturday, and got to meet Matt in person beforehand. What an amazing guy. Thanks, Kate, for going with me!

Strolling Through the Garden of Awesome...
