Tom received a 'cook for your dog' cookbook for Christmas, so we tested our skills as dog chefs last night, despite the fact that we're not even so good at people-food cooking. Our first attempt was called 'Lazy Day Loaf' - a (nasty if you ask me) concoction of ground turkey, spinach, cheese, and a few other ingredients. The smell that overtook our house as it baked was enough to prompt me to light nearly every candle we own - but Riley did think it was pretty great!
