Now that the school year is underway, I'm often left missing the leisurely days of summer spent with my family. So, Tom and I decided (or I decided, and Tom went along with) having a fun outing one Sunday. It was one of those wonderful hot early September days, so we grabbed some water, leashed up the pups, and headed out exploring.

And Huck got TONS of attention for being so cute! After our outdoor adventure, we headed to the Birchwood Cafe for some awesome food, and dog-friendly outdoor seating!
Tongues out, panting, exhausted. It was a good day.
